Material Testing and Analysis Capabilities
Equipped with scanning electron microscopes, infrared spectrometers, and other equipment, it conducts microstructure analysis, composition testing, physical performance testing (strength/hardness/wear resistance), and chemical performance testing (corrosion resistance/compatibility) of metal and non-metallic materials (focusing on rubber and engineering plastics), ensuring material reliability from the source.
Electronics and Electrical Test Capabilities
Build a professional electrical test platform to conduct parameter testing such as voltage/current/power, electromagnetic interference resistance testing, insulation performance testing, and electrical safety performance verification, ensuring the stability and safety of electronic control modules and adapting to industrial-grade electromagnetic environment requirements.
Engineering (Performance) Testing Capabilities
For core products such as pumps and valves, conduct tests on key performance indicators such as flow accuracy, pressure control accuracy, response speed, and leakage rate; conduct system integration tests by simulating actual application scenarios, and carry out comparative tests and consistency verification of different products to ensure that products meet industry application needs.
Climatic Environment Test Capabilities
Through high and low-temperature test chambers, damp-heat test chambers, salt spray test chambers and other equipment, simulate extreme environments such as a wide temperature range of -40℃~120℃, high humidity, and high salt spray, test the performance stability of products under different climatic conditions, and ensure that products adapt to global diverse application scenarios.
Reliability Verification Capabilities
Carry out millions of cycles of fatigue testing, extreme pressure destructive testing, long-term operation stability testing, failure analysis, and fault reproduction testing, establish a product reliability database, optimize product design through data-driven, and ensure the durability and adaptability of products in long-term use.
